Refund policy

No Longer Needed 

At Contemporary Marks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change of heart, we would like to take care of this for you with the following conditions.  

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Buyer will need to pay for the return shipping if the return reason is not due to seller's fault. It must also be in the original packaging.  Please reach out to us at sales@contemporarymarks.com for further detail.  However, any custom order is not  returnable or refundable unless it was made incorrectly.  

  • Return will be processed within 3 days of receiving your returned item.  All return items will be inspected for final approval before the refund is provided.  
  • If the return or exchange is not due to seller's fault, your refund will less the return shipping charges. Upon inspecting the returned merchandises, if there are damages, missing components or materially different return that was not caused by seller, your refund will be at the discretion of Contemporary Marks.   
  • Please note once the refund is issued, Contemporary Marks will not be able to control when the refund will appear on your statement.  Sometime the refund process timeline might take up to 10 business days depending on the issuer bank of the credit card.  

Sale product

  • Final Sales items does not qualify for return or exchange unless the products are defective or damage.  However, certain sales items might be able to issue as store credit as part of the refund. 
  • If you happen to receive incorrect or damage items under this category, please reach out to us asap and we will provide you a best resolution.  Photos assistance might be requested to expedite the process.   

Exchanges or Credit 

  • If exchange is needed, we will only be able to ship out once the original package is returned back to us.  Shipping charges may apply if the error was not caused by the seller.  
  • If credit is requested for your return, Contemporary Marks will only be able to send out credit voucher to the email which was originally registered or placed for the order.  

Shipping damage or incorrect goods

  • Your package is always provided with the utmost care and dedication to ensure the package will arrive to you safely.  However, unpredictable things may happen during transit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package so we can handle this for you asap.
  • If you realize the package you received is not what you ordered, please reach out to us asap at either 626-646-6360 or sales@contemporarymarks.com, our customer service team will provide you a best resolution to help you get back on track.  Photos assistance might be requested to expedite the process.
